Former VP of Compliance at a Series D fintech. Built and led the team that took the company through three consecutive SOC 2 Type II audits. Founded Regulyze to eliminate the manual grind she experienced firsthand.
Ravi Krishnan
Co-founder & CTO
Previously a principal engineer at a major cloud security company. Led the architecture of a real-time threat detection engine processing 2B+ events per day. At Regulyze, he owns the platform, AI, and integrations roadmap.

Ten years shipping B2B SaaS products across GRC, identity, and developer tools. Obsessed with building workflows that compliance teams actually want to use instead of merely tolerate.

Shipped multi-framework support with cross-mapping engine. Customer base passed 100 companies.

Raised $18M Series A. Expanded team to 45 across engineering, product, and customer success.
2025
AI Workflows & GDPR support
Launched AI-powered control mapping and remediation engine. Added GDPR as a first-class framework. Reached 500+ customers.
